Half Day Mediation*
A$780 plus GST
(3 Hour Mediation)
*Fee is plus GST, per party
3 Hour Mediation - Suitable for simple parenting matters with less than five topics or simple financial matters.
Conducted via ZOOM or in person (if available).
Half Day Shuttle Mediation*
A$960 plus GST
(4 Hour Mediation)
*Fee is plus GST, per party
4 Hour Mediation - where shuttle mediation is assessed as the most appropriate process.

Engaging in Mediation allows the parties to make the decisions, avoid lengthy and expensive court processes and reach agreement on parenting issues and financial matters.

We offer fixed-fee 3 hour mediation sessions.

Assessment Session Fees payable at time of booking - non refundable for cancellations.
Mediation sessions payable 50% at time of booking, balance 48 hours prior to session.
Cancellations with less than 72 hours notice forfeit deposit.
**We understand the complexities of two disputing parties and endeavour to do our best to support your circumstances. A no-show from one-party will result in a 50% refund of the Mediation Session fee to the presenting party.
